If your goal is only a game between the DA and this attorney, go for it!

As my son said recently, my son who is now in prison due to the extremely poor representation by this law firm, as nothing was being done to fight for him, he tried to tell himself that these guys are the experts and he just needs to stand back as they do their job. We stood back, gave this attorney... our life savings and they played the plea bargain game with the DA. Stay away! They do not care about your loved one. They only care about money.

All about $$$$$ not the client

He and his partner Allen have a great sale tacktic. Then it all about money. This firm is overwhelmed with " false" accused people and really are to busy to help in the way the should. His partner is more experienced in the field of family law where he is just not a great defender of a false accused.... He is was more of the admin guy and was sent to the little" hearings. When it came down to the trail they basically didn't want to have a long drug out one nor really fight for my brother they advised him to take the plea..... My brother was not guilty but they just wanted money.... and on to the next sucker family that would give it to him and he would take it with no shame.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
