CPS Case

In 2007 our children were taken by cps. We had adopted a child from Bulgaria. She had made claims that she was being sexually abused. My wife had a attorney, and I had a Attorney by the name of Gibbs. The whole cps process was a scam. After watching Gibbs he was tied in to the cps circus. Driving d...own 75 I saw Stuckles billboard about CPS. Fight and win. I dumped Gibbs and Paul kicked in. Paul was amazing! He spent time on our case! I lost everything in the process, our buisness, our house but Paul truely cared. I was aquitted because Paul cared and spent time on our case!

Did not fight for our loved one!

Our loved one was/is falsely accused. There was/is a ton of evidence that did not get used in the trial proving innocence. Therefore, our loved one was convicted and is now going on appeal. Mr. Ayers was great explaining things as the trial went on. All of our family feel this lawyer did not try ...to help our loved one. Only interested in the money!

If your goal is only a game between the DA and this attorney, go for it!

As my son said recently, my son who is now in prison due to the extremely poor representation by this law firm, as nothing was being done to fight for him, he tried to tell himself that these guys are the experts and he just needs to stand back as they do their job. We stood back, gave this attorney... our life savings and they played the plea bargain game with the DA. Stay away! They do not care about your loved one. They only care about money.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
