Hannah C. Stroud

When first served with court papers by my ex-wife regarding a custody issue, I thought my current wife and I might be able to wade through the information and details of our case and find a way to settle it on our own. We quickly realized that we were in over our heads with the legal processes that w...ould have to be pursued. It was time to get an attorney. We knew that if we were going to invest our hard-earned finances in a lawyer, he/she would have to be trustworthy, efficient and most of all, a person of integrity. Through a couple of referrals, we were blessed to have found Hannah! From the very first meeting, she was an answer to our prayers. She listened, she understood and she advised wisely and carefully. She also gave up time to meet our schedules and was consistently accommodating to our needs. As well, her sense of humor at just the right time saved our sanity again and again-it was exactly what we needed to push on. There was never a moment we questioned her having our backs. It was a drawn out case, but after all was said and done, she skillfully won in the fight for what was true and fair. My rights as a father are valuable because my children are precious to me, and because of Hannah’s respect and honor to that reality, the end result was very successful. We highly recommend Hannah Stroud to anyone! If and when any other issues should arise, we are not going to hesitate to call on her. We trust Hannah, we can count on her and we know that she is the best attorney to have in our corner.

I really did not want to like this woman. First off, I have a general distaste for attorneys in general. In my experience they're, for the most part... Careless, money hungry, egotistical jerks... And the only ones to win in any case. Not to mention, this woman was representing my ex husband who w...as blindsiding me with a divorce I did NOT want! But as I got to know Hannah, I began to see how humble she is. She works very hard and is really smart! In addition, although she could not offer me legal advice she was very respectful, kind and fair to me. I felt that she truly cared about my children, because she worked so hard to help us peacefully mediate with out a long and costly trial... Which really would have paid her more. She is an excellent listener! She is compassionate and strong both! She handled things with tact, and humor! I cried and laughed both in the process, which I did not expect! Each time we would hit a road block in our negotiations I thought for sure we'd end up in court, but she was so good at finding fair solutions and compromises! My ex husband and I were able to hug before leaving mediation, and part ways in a respectable manner. That really meant a lot to me! I appreciated that Hannah did not encourage fighting and discord because it hurts the children most of all, financially and emotionally! I can't say enough good things about this woman! I would hire hire her in a second, I wish I had... But my ex beat me to it! I would refer her in a heartbeat!

I first met and hired Mrs. Stroud in 2011 to handle my divorce. I live and work overseas, so going through a divorce in Texas while living in the U.A.E. was a very stressful time. Mrs. Stroud made it so much easier, communication with her was excellent, she kept me well informed and up to date at a...ll times. I felt she really was invested in my outcome. I was so impressed and happy with Mrs. Stroud that I have hired her several more times for other legal issues and counsel. As I continue to work overseas, I have been able to send Mrs. Stroud an email about any legal query I've come across. Each and every time she responds immediately, I know she is a busy person but she makes me feel like I'm important. I not only plan on keeping her as my lawyer for as long as she is willing. I consider Hannah a good friend as well. I can honestly say I trust and believe in Hannah Stroud. I will and have recommended her to others. Mrs. Stroud is not the only Lawyer I've ever hired, but she is the only one I would take the time to write about.
