Hannah was friendly but had trouble returning phone calls or emails. Very often she or her office would give me a day to expect to hear from her but nearly every experience resulted in several days passing and I would have to follow up. Our conversations always began with me reminding her of my case ...and the details pertaining to it. On three occasions trials were postponed or rescheduled without notifying me until the day of trial, with just a 'sorry we meant to contact you'. This cost me in work time off and travel expenses. She parted ways with her law firm and I was only notified several weeks later by her previous law firm with a mailed letter. Her departure resulted in my legal fees tripling due to the need to work with a new attorney and virtually beginning the process anew.
