I can't say enough good things about Dan Atkerson. There is not enough space to write the comments. I was placed in a postion where I thought I was without hope, and finding Dan was a huge relief. He gave me hope and succesful outcome. If you need an attoney, you need Dan Atkerson!

Requiring an attorney is never a professional that you ever really want to contemplate needing. I was fortunate to have found Dan Atkerson and am so relieved that I did. Right from the start and throughout the entire process, Dan listened, was accessible, responsive, honest, and always available. His... council and guidance throughout the entire overwhelming and complicated process was a blessing. He took the time to explain every detail, never rushed me, offered appropriate guidance, never pressurized but rather showed patience, and gave recommendations and options. He was always considerate of my position on the case and never made any decisions without first consulting and discussing them with me. Dan is professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy.
