I couldn’t recommend Dan more if you’re needing an employment attorney. He got to work on my case immediately & for the awful situation I was in, he made it easier on me, answering all emails/texts/phone calls very quickly while always guiding me in the right direction. He answered my MANY questions ...with expertise and professionalism. Hopefully you don’t have to hire an employment attorney, but since you’re here looking at reviews on his page, he’s your guy!

Professional, Responsive, Effective and treats you like family!

I will add one more word to describe Dan Atkerson as well... HONEST! These types of issues are very difficult and stressful to go through. He was the only attorney to contact me directly (every time), provided a free consultation with straight-forward answers, sound advice, and no hard sales or press...ure. He let me consider all options, talk to family and friends, call back with questions, whatever I needed before moving forward. Dan was/is very personable, reliable, and an overall blessing in a time of need. It was also very calming and reassuring to have someone like Dan to get involved that knows the law so well. I have read a lot of the other 5-star reviews on here and I agree with them all. He is a great listener, communicator, provides excellent council, always prompt and was no doubt the best choice. He is experienced, well poised and represented me with tremendous integrity and tenacity. He is a true practitioner of employment law and a credit to his profession. I so appreciated how accessible he made himself and always called me personally to discuss anything or return a call. It's as close to feeling like family as you're ever going to experience. Yes, as others have noted... even over weekends if necessary. I definitely felt valued as a person and knew I had someone truly standing in my corner.
