Best Attorney

I was recently represented by Dan A. Atkerson and it was the best decision I've made! He kept me informed through the whole process. Dan answered any question I had big or small. He was very responsive to my email, text and phone calls. Dan won my case and I'm so grateful he represented me!

Couldn’t have found a better attorney

Dan was our hired attorney in a sexual harassment case and he ended up fighting tooth and nail for us. There wasn’t enough evidence to prosecute the assailant but Dan still managed to win over a hefty settlement for us. I would recommend him to anyone as he is extremely attentive and is always on top... of it!

Efficient Attorney!

Great experience overall having Dan Atkerson as my attorney. When I initially contacted him I had to leave a voicemail however, he returned my call right away. Excellent Attorney!

I was recently represented by Attorney Dan Atkerson for a sensitive case.
