Hello, Once she received the money, she dint even have time to talk. never told us what was happening. or how things are going to work out. the only thing she would say is "you will be fine" "you need to retain us" dint really know the law when asked her a legal question. All what she was interested ...in is making us pay more & more. she's got ego issues (is a fact) she will make you feel like you are not worth anything to her & that you are wasting her time even though you have paid. she thinks she graduated from a prestigious school so she should not be working on simple cases. she should only be working on complicated cases & so she should not talk to you and your point of contact should only be with her secretary. (she brought this up several times on our appointment with her) I was at the office & some Law enforcement officer called to inquire about one of her clients. I assume this was a deportation officer. she said i dont know his current status or where he is working but let me ask him & call you back. then she calls the person (her client or use to be her client) & asks him about his status without informing him that there was an officer asking about his status. - common are you hired by the officer or the client? shouldn't you at least inform your client if there is an inquiry about him from some deportation officer? but the truth is that she does not care & wanted him to get into deportation so now she can charge the client more money to represent him. She outsources her work to paralegals. never gives you her cellphone number even in emergencies or even if you are her client (calls you from blocked caller ID) so if you have an appointment at 8:00AM and you don't know where to meet her or have a question on what to bring u cant reach her! period! her office opens at 9:30 and so you miss out on your appointment. she is very very very angry even with her clients. super nice until you pay, but then her true color comes out. I don't have anything against anybody but as a human being i advice you to stay away from this lawyer even though she seems nice on her radio talk shows. STAY AWAY! and help your self from some sleepless nights (I dint say money - cause i know money is replaceable but the tension you get after meeting this lawyer is a nightmare) I am from south India and i have the worst experience in my entire life with this lawyer. i just hope nobody else has to go through what i have been through with this lawyer. i recommend any other lawyer but this.

At the lawyer's office it took 6 months!!! Your office filed all paperwork in a timely manner and prepared us for ...the interview to obtain legal status for my wife. I had to leave a review because Ms. Thawer and her team really deserve it. I came in to her office with a serious immigration problem and luckily she was willing to take the case. She really takes the time to listen. There is always a person who can answer your questions. Even though I was there seve...ral times because I wanted to check on the status of the case, Ms. Thawer always took the time to answer my concerns. I am very thankful for their help
