Cia Mack Kamalipour

I could not have been more satisfed with Mr. Kamalipour as he represented me before Judge King. He not only came prepared but even more than I expected. He had gone back prior to my claim start date in order to build my case. He treated me with respect and kindness and helped calm my nerves prior... to and during the hearing. Judge King complimented him on his opening statement which I contribute to getting a favorable ruling at the hearing which I understand is rare. He is a most proficient and professional attorney. Anyone would be most grateful, as I am, to have been his client.

I believe that I was fully represented by my attorney at my hearing. Cia explained all facets of his professional experience and provided me with thorough explanations of the hearing experience. He was well prepared for my specific needs. Hence, I felt very prepared to be in front of the judge. Cia's... counsel was provided to me by my Social Security Advocate. No matter the ultimate outcome of my case, I had excellent representation from Cia and would recommend his services to anyone who has need of attorney services regarding Social Security disability needs.

Mr. Kamalipour was extremely professional, both in his dealings with me as a client and as a person with a terminal illness - End Stage Liver Disease. Several weeks prior to my hearing, Mr. Kamalipour and I met to review my case. He prepared me for what to expect during the hearing and discussed hi...s strategy for receiving a favorable judgement. Mr. Kamalipour had obviously done his homework, as he was very well versed on all of the details of my case. From the beginning of my illness to my initial disability application, and up to the most recent physical evaluation by my doctors, Mr. Kamalipour knew my case inside and out. In addition to his preparedness for our meeting, he actually knew what he was talking about with regards to the details of my illness. (Something I have rarely experienced during the 2+ years of applying for disability.) Fast forwarding to the hearing, Mr. Kamalipour displayed his expertise as a lawyer, running through a litany of legal codes, stipulations and precedence with the Judge and Court Officers. His presentation was flawless, as was his cross examination of the "Jobs Expert." We are now awaiting the decision from the Judge. Needless to say, Mr. Kamalipour made me feel comfortable and confident through the entire process. I feel confident in receiving a favorable decision. Win or lose, though, I don't believe I could have had better representation in the hearing and with my case than Mr. Kamalipour. I would hire him again without question.
