Cia Mack Kamalipour

I was referred to Cia by the Social Security Advocates for the Disabled, and I am so thankful for their recommendation. Before my SSDI hearing, I was terrified. I had no idea what to expect and no idea what to do. Luckily Cia was there to guide me through the process. We initially had a phone prep ab...out a week before my hearing and he spent a great deal of time practicing potential questions that the judge might ask. He also told me what to expect, what to where, how to address the judge, and many other details I hadn't even thought of. Before my hearing, Cia read the entirety of my medical records (which believe me, it's very lengthy) and I was extremely impressed that he knew my medical history even better than I did. The day of my hearing Cia showed up early and prepped me some more. When I got to the hearing itself, I was relieved that the judge asked me pretty much only the questions we practiced. At one point I got flustered and forgot what I was talking about. I looked over at Cia and he just assured me that I was ok and was doing great. I left feeling like we worked effectively as a team, and also that we weren't just going through the legal motions, but that he actually cared about his work and his clients. I was very pleased with CIA. He treated me with kindness and respect. He called Me before my hearing and we went over my file, I was impressed with how much studying he did on my case. On the hearing day he pulled my file out and i couldnsee the enormous amount of notes on my file. I was pleased to ...know he had been studying it and was well informed.
