He handled my Uncontesed Divorce quick and cheap

I hired him for my second divorce in fall 2009. He filed all the papers and we went before the judge a couple months later to make it all legal. He got all the papers to my ex-husband and got everything taken care of very quickly. He also charged alot less than all the other Denton lawyers that I tal...ked to about helping me out.

He did my divorce quickly and without any problems

Aaron took care of my divorce with my ex-wife for about half-the price that two or three other lawyers in town had told me it would cost. He filed my divorce the same day I paid him for the case. My wife signed off some papers and me and I went with Aaron to see the Judge about 3 or 4 days after ...the 60-day thing was up. I have had other lawyers in the past for criminal cases and civil stuff. I would refer people to Mr. Bitters way before any other lawyers I have used.

Try somewhere else...

Paid him in full in November 2009 to handle my divorce. Have not heard from him since. His office staff called me once in January and told me he would call me the following Friday, which he never did. I have called his office multiple times and get an answering machine that is full. The fax number ...goes to someone's personal cell phone and the cell phone number he gave me is disconnected. Today the website he uses is not working. I have contacted the Texas Board as I am extremely unhappy with his service..

Charges Dropped for My Husband and I Only Paid a Fine

My husband and I both got in trouble for separate charges in July of last year. My husband hired Mr. Bitter for his Terroristic Threat charge. I liked what my husband said about him so I hired him for my case involving pills that I messed with the prescription on. Mr. Bitter was honest with both o...f us about what it would take to get the charges dropped or reduced and that it wouldnt happen over night. The prosecutors eventually dropped my husband's terroristic threat charge completely and they reduced my charge so that I only had to pay a fine. It was reduced so that it was like a traffic ticket and I paid 300 bucks for something that I was first looking at 2 years probation on. My husband had never been in trouble before, but I had been in trouble in the past and really did not want to go back on probation. I had just made a dumb mistake. Mr. Bitter seemed very busy but he and his secretary Christina always returned my calls. He even met with my husband and I at his office on the weekend a couple times. He knew that I was taking care of my mother who had health problems and he helped work with me on everything. I have nothing but good things to say about Aaron and Christina.

He takes your money and runs

I paid Aaron Bitter in August 2009 for a case. The total was $600. It's March 2010 and who knows where he is or my money is. Nothing has been filed. I called him every month every week and he ignores all my calls. He took my money and ran. I will be sure to report him to the Texas State Bar a...nd file a grievance.
