CASE DISMISSED!

I was arrested on New Years Eve 2010 for misdemeanor possession of marijuana charges by the Frisco Police. My brother is one of Friscos repeat offenders and I live with him in Frisco and they always harass him. They pulled me over leaving our house in his car thinking i was actually my brother. The o...fficer asked me if he could search the car and I said no so he said he was getting the drug dog. I was pretty sure there wasnt any weed in the car but not 100 percent sure cuz my brother drives the car most of the time. After waiting an hour for the drug dog I got impatient and let them search the car. There were also 4 cop cars by this point and i was nervous. Two officers went through my brothers car and searched it high and low, in and out, underneath the car, in the trunk, in places i didnt even know existed in the car. The one officer founnd nothing in the car but the other officer was putting every little piece of shake that he could find in his hand as well a couple crumbs and a couple stems. You could barely even see any weed in his hand when he showed it to me with his flashlight on. Sure enough Frisco arrested me for possession under two ounces which is a misdemeanor in Texas. To make it worse i couldnt get a hold of anyone to bond me out so i had to Denton County Jail for 3 days till my brother finallly bonded me out. When i got home i already had letters from literally like 25 attorneys. I went and did a free consultation with 2 attorneys, 1 in Denton and 1 in Lewisville. One was too much money. He wanted 5,000 dollars that is felony money. The other attorney seemed way too full of bullarkey. One of my brothers friends told me to call Mr. Bitter and see about getting a free consultation so I did that. He seemed honest and not full of bull and he was not super expensive so i hired him and did a payment plan. I just got a call from his secretary Vera this afternoon and she told me that the District Attorney had "declined" the case which means the marijuana charges against me are dropped. I hired Mr. Bitter about a month ago and he told me he thought hat he could get the District Attorney to decline the case but there were no guarantees. He told me thought my worst possible outcome was getting a Class C Ticket or getting time served. His office kept me posted on what was going on with the case during the last month. To make things better his secretary told me that they were going to waive the rest of the fees that I owed him. I paid him 600 bucks but still had 400 left to pay for the case. I told my brother that they waived the fee and got the case dismissed and he has used a bunch of lawyers in the past and said they never waive the fee. I am really happy about how this worked out.

Run don't walk but R-U-N to a different atorney

I hired Bitter for my daughter in Denton Co Jail on Mon. His office seemed very accomadating and even came to Rockwall to pick up his money on Wed 12-1-10. Bitter never met with my daughter, took 2 weeks to file notice with court that he was her attorney, never returned our calls. Then to top it off... she had court on Mon 12-13-10 and Biter DID NOT EVEN SHOW UP, the court called his office and got no response. It is 12-17-10 and still nothing from Bitter. Have left dozens of messages on his and secretary voice mail (usually full). The last I advised to retrun our money or represent her responsibly. At this point i have had to hire another attorney to rep daughter and am in the process of filing a greivance with Tx State Bar.

Got rid of my warrants and got traffic tickets dropped in several cities

I hired Aaron Bitter in September 2010 because I had a bunch of warrants in Euless, Arlington, Fort Worth, Palmer, and Alvarado. Honestly the only reason I went with Mr. Bitter at the time was because he charged about $200 less than the other attorney I had talked to about clearing the warrants and h...e seemed more trustworthy then the other guy. 2 months later I definitely made the right decision because he got all 13 of my warrants lifted that same week I hired them. Some of the the tickets have not gone to court yet but the ones that did he got a few of the tickets dropped completely and my fines were lowered on the other tickets. His staff and him have been good about keeping me up to date on the court dates and what is going on with my case. Even though he was cheaper than the other attorney I still had thought twice about paying $600 bucks on my 13 tickets. But so far it looks like I am gonna save over a thousand in fees from him getting the tickets dropped and the fines reduced. Not to mention how helpful it was that he cleared the warrants right away because I needed to renew my license for my job and couldn't do that until the warrants were cleared. I would recommend Aaron Bitter to anyone looking for help with warrants and traffic tickets in the DFW area.

TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We paid Aaron a few months ago and he ran off with the money. We've gone to his office several times. I've called several times as well. His assistant, Brittany called us and txt us last month telling us he will call the next day, he never did. She refuses to contact us as well. I've already filed a ...greviance with the state.

Charges Dropped for My Husband and I Only Paid a Fine

My husband and I both got in trouble for separate charges in July of last year. My husband hired Mr. Bitter for his Terroristic Threat charge. I liked what my husband said about him so I hired him for my case involving pills that I messed with the prescription on. Mr. Bitter was honest with both o...f us about what it would take to get the charges dropped or reduced and that it wouldnt happen over night. The prosecutors eventually dropped my husband's terroristic threat charge completely and they reduced my charge so that I only had to pay a fine. It was reduced so that it was like a traffic ticket and I paid 300 bucks for something that I was first looking at 2 years probation on. My husband had never been in trouble before, but I had been in trouble in the past and really did not want to go back on probation. I had just made a dumb mistake. Mr. Bitter seemed very busy but he and his secretary Christina always returned my calls. He even met with my husband and I at his office on the weekend a couple times. He knew that I was taking care of my mother who had health problems and he helped work with me on everything. I have nothing but good things to say about Aaron and Christina.
