Hands down best decision I ever made

Shanin was referred to me by a friend. Shanin took over as my attorney on short notice and represented me well. I told all my friends and family that switching to Shanin as my lawyer was probably the best decision I have made in my life. She knows her stuff and helps you understand as well. She w...as realistic and didn’t want to waste my time or money, but represented me well.

Very good divorce attorney

Last year, I decided to divorce my wife. After researching for several weeks, I filed the initial divorce paperwork myself. But the difficulty of that first step made it clear that I needed professional assistance. I hired Shanin to represent me in my divorce. During our initial consultation, S...hanin patiently explained the steps in a divorce. She got to work and got the ball rolling. She gave me very sound legal advice. I decided to override her one one issue, which was unwise. My decision caused the divorce to take much longer to finalize. Not taking Shanin's advice on this subject is my most significant regret for the entire divorce process. Shanin was keen to protect my interests, thinking of several contingencies and how to cover them. Shanin was very honest and candid about the issues that we discussed, which I appreciated. Shanin was very professional, even when my ex-wife became very emotional in her office. I was overall very pleased with Shanin's service as my attorney.

FANTASTIC REPRESENTATION

Shanin was the THIRD attorney I hired to help with my divorce and I sure wish she had been the FIRST! After struggling for almost a year to make any progress, she managed to get it all done in a few short weeks. From the day of my consultation to the day of my divorce was a three week process! She... had great follow-up and communication with me as well. I strongly recommend her!

Very judgmental

When answering a question perhaps it's best to not be an arrogant person. You knew no details other than the question asked and you assume to accuse us of failing when obviously the systems in place for these types of things failed. You can't blame parents for bad upbringing when you have no clue wha...t you speak of. Shame on you and your practice for being so rude and condensing on a parent that is trying to save his child's life!

Thank you for your review. To be clear, you and I have NEVER met, you have NEVER personally scheduled a time to consult with me or had a consult with me. You and I have no attorney-client relationship. You DID ask a question on a free attorney advice Avvo site. You asked this free forum how you can go about suing the Texas Child Protective Services and the Police. I am the only attorney who responded to your question. I'm sorry you did not like my answer. I do not feel that I deserved the comments you left on my Avvo site. I wish you the best.
