Affordable and Extremely Effective!
Mac was able to get me the best possible outcome for my case. After completing my community service and a minimum of one year probation I used Mac again to have my case dismissed. I was fortunate to have contacted him and would recommend him over any other attorney in the DFW area.

Best experience with an attorney ever
I have had to hire a few attorneys for civil cases over the years but never had the need for a criminal defense attorney until February 2014. Unfortunately I was charged with a Dwi but I met with Mac for consultation who seemed to be on his A game. I was very pleased with my experience! I asked hi...

The dreaded DWI
I just wanted to take a moment to say how glad I was that I hired Mac Morris to handle my case. In late summer of 2014, I had the unfortunate experience of getting my first DWI. It was such an embarrassing and overwhelming experience for me. Mac took my case and walked me through the entire process....

Truly cares about the outcome
This is an unsolicited testimonial for Bryan Mac Morris, criminal defense attorney in Plano and Collin county. I have known Mac Morris for 20 years. I always knew he was a great friend and always hoped I would never need his services. Unfortunately, family members make mistakes and a defense...

Wonderful Lawyer
Mr. Morris was very informative throughout my whole case. I was able to get in contact with him easily, and if there was a reason he was not able to get to the phone, he would return my calls in a timely manner. He kept me up to date with everything that was going on with my case, big or little, and ...
"I have known Mac Morris for over 10 years. I first met Mr. Morris when I was a prosecutor in Collin County, Texas. Mr. Morris was the only defense attorney to get 2 not guilty verdicts against me when I was a prosecutor. Since becoming a defense attorney in 2007, I have seen Mr. Morris in numerous trials and I am happy to call him a friend and colleague. I can say, with out hesitation, that if I were arrested and charged with a criminal case in Collin County, Texas, Mr. Morris would be the FIRST (I will say it again, FIRST) attorney I would call to represent me. I have seen, first hand, Mr. Morris"s ability to connect with a jury and defend his client in trial. He is a fantastic attorney and I endorse him 100%!"

Public Reprimand issued in TX, 2012
updated on 03/23/2016Public reprimand means an attorney did something wrong but may still practice law. The State gives the lawyer a public reprimand in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior. Details of the infraction are made part of the public record.
“This was a federal appeal case from the 5th Circuit in New Orleans. My client requested me to withdraw his appeal and I did so. The Court then requested another document from my office and it was never sent. The State Bar believes that my failure to respond to the request was worthy of a public reprimand. I took full responsibility for the lack of response. I have practiced for over 21 years and am fully capable to handle your case for you. Please see the client reviews and my website. Thanks.”
