Chuck Gave Solid Counsel

He doesn't own a large firm with all of the trappings of a big-time lawyer. His laid back approach and method of delivery makes him very good at getting those corporate lawyers believe they're dealing with someone they can disregard. But that's when the experience and wisdom of his knowledge of how... a contract will be interpreted and how to ensure his client gets the best deal possible given the situation. Pressed for time, limited resources and a $1M lawsuit staring me in the face for non-compete violation (allegedly) and an injunction preventing me from running my new business, prevented from working in my area of expertise along with the $1M suit made for a bad few weeks. Chuck recommended mediation and we didn't win everything we wanted. But we got a little more than I needed to proceed. Highly Recommended - Just be sure to bring a lot of $$, but it's worth it. Thanks Chuck

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
