Cary redid our old trust. He is thorough...explains everything and gives understanding about the way various things are done and why. He speaks layman terms

Cary Wiggington is the one lawyer I call on first when I need top notch Lawyering. He is a gentleman but also can be tough when the occasion demands. He will do what it takes to represent you in a way that you will appreciate and admire. He has handled many types of work for me and my wife from Estate planning and Wills to contracts and leases and much in between.Cary is the man you want on your side in any type law work. Just simply top notch representation, with his clients best interest always his goal. His staff is also second to none.

My husband and I were in need of a will, living will, power of attorney, etc. We were very pleased with the services we received and would highly recommend this firm to others. Not only did they perform the services we required, they also explained in detail the workings of a trust. In addition, they were extremely helpful with interfacing with Denton County in assuring the deed was appropriately filed and keeping us informed. We will definitely utilize their services in the future.
Endorsements from fellow lawyers are an important consideration for many when selecting the right attorney. Be the first to endorse your colleague!
