Highly Recommend

My husband and I were in need of a will, living will, power of attorney, etc. We were very pleased with the services we received and would highly recommend this firm to others. Not only did they perform the services we required, they also explained in detail the workings of a trust. In addition, t...hey were extremely helpful with interfacing with Denton County in assuring the deed was appropriately filed and keeping us informed. We will definitely utilize their services in the future.

Highly Recommend

I have been a client of Cary Wigington since 1996 when he helped me review my divorce papers and then creating my will, further updating wills and now added a trust. Cary is extremely helpful and professional, spending time explaining all the legal definitions and options. He along with his staff a...re always available to answer my questions. From my experiences, the amount charged for time and services are very reasonable and fair.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
