Stephen Kenji Le Brocq

Stephen was referred to me by a fellow attorney that I had worked with previously. He and his team went to work quickly after we were served with a lawsuit. Where the other attorney told me not to bother fighting the TRO because the courts always grant it, Stephen said that we should fight it, wrote ...the most eloquent legal motion I have ever read heavily cited with existing case law and won! No TRO. They went on to further handle the court proceedings, lifted all the stress off my shoulders handling the opponent, and ultimately got exactly the resolution we desired to make the case go away fast, efficiently, and with the lowest legal cost possible. The best you could ever hope for when dealing with frivolous lawsuits. Highly recommend.

I was charged with 4 felonies and some misdemeanors facing 5-99 years prison. I already had a different lawyer, but I did not like their representation of me. I hired Stephen for 4 traffic tickets that’s i had from years ago. First off Carlos his assistant is extremely helpful and nice. My tickets were over 2,000 and Stephen was able to get one dismissed and I only had to pay a small fee to get the rest to where they won’t be on my driving record or incurr... any surcharges! Stephen actually took the time to call me himself and explain processes to me as well as how to help with my drivers license. I would recommend him to anyone He works in many different areas besides tickets, and if This is the service you get for tickets I can only imagine anything else. Awesome just awesome!
