Jeffrey Loren Terry

I joined Schmiedeskamp, Robertson, Neu & Mitchell LLP as an associate in early 2014.  I am originally from Quincy, and graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School (cum laude), Quincy University and John Wood Community College. While at Thomas M. Cooley Law School, I served as Associate Editor and Senior Associate Editor of the Thomas M. Cooley Law Review while also clerking for Judge Rosemarie Aquilina, 30th Judicial Circuit Court Judge, Ingham County, Lansing Michigan.

Since joining Schmiedeskamp, I have been involved in all areas of practice at the firm.  I have worked with the litigation group to draft motions, and preparing discovery.  I have assisted in the litigation of complex corporate suits, property line disputes, will contests, employment matters, and the defense of medical malpractice claims.  I have also assisted the Education law group in a variety of Education law matters. I have assisted with a variety of estate planning matters including wills, trusts and Medicare planning. In addition, I have assisted in numerous real estate matters whether residential, agricultural, commercial, or industrial. I am licensed to practice in Illinois.
