Excellent Advice! Highly Recommend!

I contacted Howard about a contractual agreement. He was able to quickly understand it, reveal it's deficiencies, and recommend ways to correct the situation. I'd definitely have Howard look over complex legal documents. It will save you a lot of headache. Highly recommend Mr. Berkson!

Prompt and straight forward

Howard answered my question promptly and with an honest response that helped me know how to move forward. I would reach out to him again for additional help.

Very professional and easy to work with

I was a little hesitant on hiring an attorney from many states away, but I had no other option. From the first conservation I had with Howard, I felt completely at ease. From here on out, I knew my case would be handled the way it should be. I am speechless on how responsive the firm was with emai...ls/phone calls and keeping me informed on what the status of the case was. They take their work serious and make sure the client is well taken care of throughout the entire process. I could not of asked for a better firm to handle my case. Thank you.

Initial Impression

I just consulted with Mr. Berkson based on his other excellent reviews. The issue was about a new car that was driven after the purchase date and before its delivery. He answered his phone in the car, and we had some bad service between us. I explained my situation briefly, and he paused to ask many ...questions, and continued to call me back if we dropped calls. He immediately gave me digestible perspective of the situation and his immediate timeline of events. I have yet to proceed further, but this initial impression was fantastic, after calling a few others cold, this was by far the best experience.

Impeccably thorough, knowledgeable, and tenacious.

Mr. Berkson takes the time to sit down, contemplate, analyze and really decipher all options and angles to utilize for his cases. He often uses out of the box approaches for his clients. One of the many reasons I chose to use Mr. Berkson, he doesn't come across jaded, yet he comes across hungry, re...ady and willing to fight for justice. He's worked on a multitude of cases for me thus far, and I couldn't be happier with the results. If one finds themselves in need of an attorney, in the very least, give him a call, he'll shoot you straight and let you know how if he can help in any way.
