Brian helped clear a cloudy title on a rental property refinance. While we were on our first phone call (the free one!), he quickly pulled up various records and recognized the problem. I was near tears while explaining my situation to Mr. Huddleston on the phone but he made me feel calm and talking to him felt like talking to a good friend.
