After doing our best to advocate for ourselves and getting nowhere with a dealership that tried to take advantage of us, lost our trade in vehicle and then refused to pay it off, as tired new parents we weren’t sure what else to do and then we found Minal! She was able to negotiate with the car dealership, on behalf of my daughter. This dealership charged my daughter 12 thousand dollars more for her truck than they had origionally priced the vehicle for. I came to Minal after being sued by the finance company that I purchased my vehicle from. I traded in two vehicles for the one vehicle so that I could save some money and I explained to the dealership that I could only make 2 payments a month. The salesman told me that I would only have to pay and ...extra payment at the end of the contract and I agreed. That was not the case. when i received the payment booklet from the finance company, I was making two sometimes three payments within the month. I spoke with one of the representatives at the finance company and told her of me stating to the dealership that I could only make two payments, we agreed and she told me as long as I make those two payments on time she would wave the late fees. I was never late on the payments. My car was shut off twice for nonpayment even though I paid the car note. I could no longer rely on this company any more so I gave the car back. Long story short they took me to court. I was terrified because I am in the military and could not afford to have this on my credit report nor have to deal with this period. I came to Minal and she got right down to business with no hesitation. I came to her on a monday and by Friday (which was my court date) she had already gotten the case push back to gather more information. Every step of the way she kept me informed and took the burden off me allowing me to be worried free. Not only did Minal get the finance company and dealership settle for everything that we asked for. She got them to remove it from my credit report as well as saving me from paying taxes on it. Words can not express how truly grateful that I am for her. I truly didn't know what I was going to do.
