I was a defendant in a debt case where I was named with an LLC and the plaintiff was a debt collection agency. I came to Minal after being sued by the finance company that I purchased my vehicle from. I traded in two vehicles for the one vehicle so that I could save some money and I explained to the dealership that I could only make 2 payments a month. The salesman told me that I would only have to pay and ...extra payment at the end of the contract and I agreed. That was not the case. when i received the payment booklet from the finance company, I was making two sometimes three payments within the month.
