So thankful!

I highly recommend. When I was in a car wreck that was not my fault, I had medical billing piling up. My insurance was of no assistance. I was extremely frustrated but luckily I was referred to James. He was a lifesaver! He and his staff were in constant contact with me and always available for ques...tions I had and got a resolution! Thank you James and staff!

The most important is Communication

The most important thing in any situation is communication and anytime that I had questions or concerns my calls were answered Almost immediately and my answers and discussions helped me to remain calm and positive James had my best interest at all times and I trust his judgment completely. He is de...finitely the best Attorney and the staff also are included.

Top Notch Attorney!

I retained James Belote for a personal injury case after an auto accident. My case was handled very efficiently and proficiently. I received back injuries which included a fractured vertebrae. Kyphoplasty and injection procedures were performed. I was kept informed of my case throughout the process, ...and Mr Belote had the case settled out of court in 5 months. Mr. Belote’s legal assistant, Crystal was very helpful in communicating with me quickly to ensure all the paperwork and documents were efficiently in order.
