Caring, considerate, and honest!

I came here with a case that I honestly didn't think was worth anything, and I was quite pleasantly surprised! I filled out my form for a consultation Saturday night, and James Belote called me back the next day one Sunday to talk about my accident. They dealt with the insurance company and got me en...ough to be able to reset myself financially and finally recover from both my accident and having to pay for another car. Wonderful office! Everything was done via email, text, or phone call which made it easy for me. 100% reccomend!

James is the absolute best

I hired James back in 2016 when I had my first accident, he made sure that the man’s insurance company did not keep me from receiving the proper medical care and surgery that was needed. Fast forward to August of 2023 I was rear ended on i35 just south of OKC and once again I knew that James was goin...g to be needed so I hired him once again! James did everything he could to make sure my insurance covered me upon finding out the man who hit me was not covered with the insurance he provided to OHP. Thank you to James and his amazing staff for taking such good care of me!!

Car accident

James is the best an I would recommend him to anybody he was very understanding an kind he always answered my questions an my calls he walked me through stuff I didn't understand he was always up front with everything an was able to get me way more then the insurance wanted to give me

Very Diligent in settling our car accident case

James Belote was very diligent in dealing with the responsible party's insurance adjuster. They were less than forthcoming in their responses to our requests. He did not give up until we reached a satisfactory agreement. I appreciate the courteous professionalism displayed in our case. Thank you ... for all you did for us.

Great service

He did a great job resolving my case with insurance company and the hospital after I was injured in a motorcycle wreck.
