He is extremely competent and FIGHTER for his clients!

James, was such a great listener and empathetic to my situation. He had a game plan on our first visit...I could tell that he was fully invested in my case. He always gave me his honest opinion. He kept me in the loop from point A, B and to C. I felt comfortable in his hands. He is extremely compete...nt and he will FIGHT for you! He is no push over by any means! I was so SO thankful he is my attorney to this day. I am VERY satisfied at the large settlement he got for me!

Honest, Caring and Professional Attorney

I recently hired James Belote to represent me in a lawsuit. Having never been involved in a lawsuit, I had no idea what to expect. James and his staff were very professional. Excellent Lawyer!

James helped me after I was involved in an auto accident. He went above and beyond to make sure my case went smooth and that I was fairly compensated for my injuries. Caring, considerate, and honest!

I came here with a case that I honestly didn't think was worth anything, and I was quite pleasantly surprised! I filled out my form for a consultation Saturday night, and James Belote called me back the next day one Sunday to talk about my accident. They dealt with the insurance company and got me en...ough to be able to reset myself financially and finally recover from both my accident and having to pay for another car. Wonderful office! Everything was done via email, text, or phone call which made it easy for me. 100% reccomend!

So thankful!

I highly recommend. When I was in a car wreck that was not my fault, I had medical billing piling up. My insurance was of no assistance. I was extremely frustrated but luckily I was referred to James. He was a lifesaver! He and his staff were in constant contact with me and always available for ques...tions I had and got a resolution! Thank you James and staff!
