James Belote

I am writing this review for James Belote and his associates. We recently were involved in a rear end collision. While the accident did not thankfully yield anyone who was hospitalized, there were necessary treatments we needed. James and his team worked through the lack of interest of the respons...ible parties insurance and we received the treatment both my wife and I needed. I was most impressed with his genuine focus on the first phone call for both me and my wife's health. He also was very up front as to what we could expect should we request his expertise. He always kept fighting for us, communicated regularly as to where in the process we were and then provided the needed council to make this a worry free situation. I would highly recommend James and his colleagues.

I have never had great experiences with any lawyers until I hired James for my car accident claim. He was quick to start my claim and get things going efficently. He got me the best deal possible and I was so relieved to have it taken care of without all the stress of dealing with the insurance compa...nies personally. Crystal was excellent at communicating any issues/needs/etc in a quick and professional manner, she was very sweet and answered all my questions, no matter how meniscal they were. I will forever recommend James and his office, you guys are the best! I hope I don't need you guys again but I know I'll be in good hands if I ever do!!

I was hurt in a car accident by someone who wasn’t paying attention on the road. I’ve never been in a car accident before and found myself stressed out on top of being in pain! I had no car due to the car accident and was returning back to school for my last semester. I decided to give James a call t...o see if he could help me and it was the best decision I ever made! It was like if a ton of bricks was lifted off my shoulders. All I had to concentrate on was getting physically and mentally better. They did the rest for me. At the time Marva was his assistant and she contacted me every week with an update or to see what how I was doing. James called me multiple times to personally talk to me and see how I was doing. I felt like they really cared about everything and made me feel 100% in great care. They ended up settling the case with 100% satisfaction. I highly recommend them! If you are in doubt just call James and see if he can help. It was the best decision I made.
