James is the absolute best

I hired James back in 2016 when I had my first accident, he made sure that the man’s insurance company did not keep me from receiving the proper medical care and surgery that was needed. Fast forward to August of 2023 I was rear ended on i35 just south of OKC and once again I knew that James was goin...g to be needed so I hired him once again! James did everything he could to make sure my insurance covered me upon finding out the man who hit me was not covered with the insurance he provided to OHP. Thank you to James and his amazing staff for taking such good care of me!!

So thankful!

I highly recommend. When I was in a car wreck that was not my fault, I had medical billing piling up. My insurance was of no assistance. I was extremely frustrated but luckily I was referred to James. He was a lifesaver! He and his staff were in constant contact with me and always available for ques...tions I had and got a resolution! Top Notch Attorney!

I retained James Belote for a personal injury case after an auto accident. My case was handled very efficiently and proficiently. I received back injuries which included a fractured vertebrae. Kyphoplasty and injection procedures were performed. I was kept informed of my case throughout the process, ...and Mr Belote had the case settled out of court in 5 months. Great Attorney and staff

I had an auto accident with injury and came to see James Belote. He took my case, and I was so glad he did. I've never been to an attorney before, and he was so kind, compassionate, and cared about my well-being. He walked me through the process, and we were able to settle my case.
