Honestly very disappointed , met with Pierce twice before my hearing(second time was only to pay and sign a contract) Having to hire an attorney on short notice I went with pierce because he seemed to be genuine and care for his clients and wanted to help people, but after he made the easiest $1000. ...

Replied last July 03, 2019Ms. Woodell, I am very sorry that my services did not meet your expectations. I value all of my clients and I diligently try to deliver exceptional service to all of them. I regret that was not achieved with you despite a successful outcome in your case. You originally hired me to defend you against a motion filed by opposing counsel. I prevailed in Court against that motion and the Judge ordered his previous order to stand. I am thankful I was able to deliver that peace of mind to you. Shortly after court you expressed your gratitude. My representation was complete upon the successful denial of opposing counsel’s motion. The other paper work for recovering attorney fees earned in defending the motion against you was outside the original scope of my representation as outlined in our attorney client contract. However, I agreed to pursue the attorney fees matter for you despite my counsel that it may not be successful. My fee was earned in successfully defending you against opposing counsel’s motion.
