Biography
I am Oklahoma family law attorney Pete D. Louden. My mission is representing Oklahomans with child custody, divorce, paternity, visitation, and child support cases. I have been in practice since 1998.
Before Law School, I served ten years in the United States Army Infantry including service in the 101st Airborne Division in Desert Storm and a tour as Drill Sergeant at the Infantry Training Brigade at Ft. Benning, Georgia.
I have extensive experience in settlement negotiations, mediation, and complex high conflict divorce and custody trials. I take a personal interest in you and your family and use my diverse background, knowledge, and experience to guide you through the legal system and give you my all to help you achieve your goals.

Child Custody
He was very prompt on getting back to me. He was very knowledgeable of the law and how it works. I respect his opinion even if it wasnt what I wanted to hear. He was not just looking for money.
