  4. Estate planning
    10%
The preparation of Wills and Trusts is important work which is a valuable service to the conscientious client. Estate litigation and disputes is also a big area of my practice.

The focus of my practice and extesive experience is in complex civil litigation, which includes serious personal injury cases, business and employment litigation, and even intellectual property and antitrust litigation. I look forward to working with my clients to obtain the best possible result in all circumstances. I am dedicated to listening to client ideas, and working together to win within the bounds of the law. I believe that not only skill and experience is necessary for success, but tenacity and  determination are often outcome determinative. I have tried many cases before juries, and many bench trials. The listed cases are only a few of the representative cases, as many cases settle under strict confidentiality provisions. It would be a pleasure to visit with you about your case. The initial phone consultation is at no charge:.

Extremely Grateful
Mr. Joe Byars, he is truly one of a kind. I was being wrongfully sued for allot of money in small claims court for the simple fact that I didn't give a 10 day notice. Being that it was in small claims court, nobody was even hearing me out. The ones that would hear me out wanted tons of money up front and I just didn't have anything to give. I called a lawyer whose name I don't even remember, he told me he didn't practice that part of the law, and he referred me to Joe byars. I was immediately impressed that another lawyer would refer another lawyer. Joe Byars, was the first lawyer, who I felt like actually cared. He heard me out and he knew I didn't have any money for a lawyer, but he took my case anyway. Then, he did one better, he told me he was going to charge me $0.00 for his retaining fee. Meaning, he took my case to help me out for free. You don't meet people that do that anymore. It's absolutely refreshing. Once he took my case, he kept me updated on what was going on and then my case eventually was dismissed. Thank you so much, Mr. Byars. I am sincerely grateful for everything you've done. I highly recommend him, if you are looking for a lawyer who actually cares, who you can trust to get things done, and who actually keeps you in the loop of what's going on, Joe Byars is your lawyer. I will continue to go to him for any legal advice, and I will refer him to anybody and everyone! Call him, like I said he's one of a kind! He's truly on your side.
