I live out of state but was in the area for work. After a couple drinks with coworkers, I was pulled over and charged with a DWI, refusal to blow, and reckless driving. Because I was out of state, it was difficult for me to travel in for court. After the date was moved and before court, my attorney informed me that she had found that the arresting officer was no longer there and I was able to have my DWI found not guilty and the refusal and reckless driving were dropped!
