I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Rabal on a matter recently and I must say, he did a fantastic job. One of the most important things he did for me is calm me down. I was willing to pay high attorney fees to make a point but he managed help me understand how unnecessary that was. I really app...reciate his professionalism and guidance.

I have known Brian both professionally and personally for many years. He put his heart and soul into both my criminal and civil cases and achieved a favorable outcome in both. I hired Mr. Rabal on April 30, 2012 Mr. Rabal did not return my phone calls or e-mails, once he had my money. When I finally got in touch with Mr. Rabal on a friend s phone (he wouldn t answer mine because of caller ID), and told Mr. Rabal that I was not satisfied with his services, and asked for my ...$400.00 to be returned- Mr. Rabal told me to take him to court. I then asked for a billing statement- which Mr. Rabal provided one month later- and with the incorrect last name on it. I won t open it. No point. I would not recommend Mr. Rabal-unless to an adversary. My experience with Mr. Rabal has been a nightmare.

I used Mr. Rabal's services twice and I truly regret it. I was hoping since he had experience with the first case, that the second try at it would have a better outcome. His letters to the other party are poorly written and leave vulnerability and loop holes for the other party to take advantage of. ...He is nearly impossible to get in touch with. The only way I could get him to respond was to call from a phone number that he did not recognize. He will charge you for every email, text or phone call you make to him. I was not able to go through with the case as far as I should have because I had zero faith that he stood a chance to win in court room for me. He kept telling me that he thought we would win, but I knew he did not possess the skills needed. I felt that using him all the way to the court room would cost me even more than he already did. Once I voiced my complaint to him he offered to pay what I felt I lost during due to his misrepresentation. I was not comfortable with that outcome but I named a price anyway. He agreed to it and we ended the conversation. He then called me back about 5-10 minutes later and he said that he had changed his mind and he felt he did no wrong. When I asked him how he came up with the figure related to my case, he had no response and blamed me. He will not look out for your best interest. I highly encourage anyone to not use his services. He “travels” all the time and will not give you the attention you deserve, please beware.
