Caution, please read.

As someone who has observed the practices of this ad litem lawyer, I feel compelled to express my deep concerns about her professional conduct and effectiveness. This ad litem appears to fall short of the ethical standards and responsibilities required in family law, particularly in roles crucial to ...child welfare. From my observations as a third-party witness, it's clear that her approach does not align with the best interests of the children involved. The decision-making process seems arbitrary and lacks the thorough investigation that one would expect in sensitive family matters. Instead of making informed decisions based on careful consideration and evidence, there seems to be a reliance on hearsay, which can dangerously skew outcomes. Moreover, her interactions with families do not reflect the fairness and equity that are essential in custody and welfare cases. Families do not receive adequate support or resources based on her rulings, which can have long-lasting negative impacts on those involved. This lack of support and equitable treatment raises serious questions about her commitment to her duties and the foundational principles of her profession. It's also noteworthy that her reputation online mirrors these observations, as indicated by a low average rating on major search engines. This should serve as a caution to anyone considering her services. For those in situations involving the welfare and custody of children, it is crucial to choose a representative who is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of law and justice. Ensure that you research thoroughly and select someone who is genuinely committed to the best interests of children and families. Your family’s well-being depends on it.

Terrible communication

She was supposedly my children's lawyer through a semi nasty divorce appointed by the courts. Seems more like she was my ex's lawyer. During the 6th month case I called twice to discuss different things and left a voicemail. I got a call back maybe 3 weeks to a month later, by that time I didn't even... need nor want her involved. My lawyer couldn't get in contact with her when he needed to and said she was hard to get a hold of. She also told my lawyer that she needed to do a walk through before the court date to make sure my house was okay for my children. She wouldn't tell him what day she was going to come because she wanted it to be a surprise. That was about 3 months into a 6 month case. She never showed up. So apparently my children's safety was not that important to her. At the courthouse on the last day of the case she hung out with my ex and my ex's lawyer and avoided me like the plague then sent me a bill.

Never recommend

Worst experience. Hired to represent our child and only worked to charge us, not in the best interest of the child. Be aware and watch out as this is another person only looking to get overcharge and get paid. Would be a different review if the amount owed was actually worth the service but it was no...t.

Child Custody

This attorney was appointed by the judge to represent my children. I would not recommend her to anyone. She didn't do a basic investigation to protect my children. She never called their school, counselors, or therapists. While Interviewing my children she tripped them up and confused them. She does...n't communicate with you and never answered any questions. I don't feel like she listened or followed up on anything. She doesn't have a clue what's in the best interest of your children!! Watch out moms you will do all the paperwork and the dad will get away with whatever he wants. She came dressed very unprofessionally to interview my children and she will only work with you through your attorney... Paperwork, bills, payments. Apparently, she's above speaking with the person who she's wronged.
