My brother was referred to Laura McKinnon, they said they would take his case the only thing they looked at was the law judge summary but never looked at his actual medical and mental disabilities, as a matter of fact they never contacted one of his prior phychiatrist or md. According to the law when an attorneys turns down your claim you are entitled to an explanation as to the reason they did not accept your disability case and my brother has tried at least four times to conract miss. McKinnon as to the reason why she would not take his case. Her secretary stated that she wrote an explanation letter as to why my case was not accepted, this was over four months ago and four attempts. Sincerely, Ty.

Laura and her staff put my case together and impressed the judge so much that, a decision was made without me talking to the judge in person. Very impressed with the professional work that I received. Would recommend her to anyone needing assistance work a SS disability case.

I love this firm and have nothing but respect for this firm they have been 100% genuine and respectful towards me. They took time out to understand my case and give me a conscious mind of my case and what i should expect of it. I called 6 firms and none of them had these course values that Mckinnon law firm had. I truly recommend that you call them for help with your case

Laura Mckinnon is amazing. We were hesitant to hire an Attorney for my husband's Social Security case, but Laura was recommended to us by our family physician. We were still skeptical. Now that our case is over.....worth every penny. Wish we would have hired her sooner. We were kept informed of the status of our case. .She and our case manager, Ann, were available whenever I had a question or didn't understand something. I really appreciated that we could email back and forth verses playing phone tag. Laura worked with us to get my husband ready for his hearing and when the day came, she handled the hearing flawlessly. We highly recommend Laura!!!

I had been trying to get my disability for about 5 yrs. I had Lawrence Fitting for 2 yrs untill he dropped me 2 weeks before my hearing, so I had to go alone and lost. Then I contacted Davis Duty and he wouldn't take my case. But then I called Laura McKinnon and she won my case for me. I would recommend her to anyone.

Laura and her team are some of the best folks that you will ever deal with. I had 2 claims I needed help with. A long term disability claim and SSDI. They reviewed my case and took it on. I had my LTD within a couple of months and my Social Security hearing only lasted 15 minuets at the longest because of how well prepared she was. They are always kind and honestly care about you. You are more than just another case. I will forever be in t
Laura's debt. She gained more than a client and I gained more than a lawyer. I am proud to call them my friends and so will anyone that chooses this firm.... Great Work! Great Folks! You won't go wrong
