also known as Jim Lyons
I am passionate about my job, my family and my conditioning. In my spare time, I work out biking, swimming and lifting light weights. I enjoy litigation for a number of reasons. First, it is a mental and emotional challenge to always keep your wits about you and to allow the best and most important information about your client and their case to be presented to the jury or the judge. Second, it requires split second timing and decision making. These two things make it very enjoyable for me as I am very critical of myself so I always want to improve despite having practiced for over 37 years.
Putting your client first, having them prepared and me being prepared requires a significant amount of effort, but when done well is very emotionally rewarding for me as I feel that I have helped another person which is imporant to me.

Jim Lyons is a certified instructor of advanced trial practices for plaintiffs' attorneys. By continuously learning and teaching new and effective trial practice techniques he has increased his enjoyment of the practice and the fulfillment that accompanies a good result and helping a client in need....
"I had the pleasure of having Jim instruct me at a national trial college that focuses on strategies for trial lawyers. Jim is a wealth of knowledge and a great guy. I strongly recommend him."
"Mr. Lyons [Jim] is a lawyer that I have known by reputation from long before I entered law school. Several of my family members know him and have only good things to say about him both as a lawyer and a man, I endorse this lawyer without reservation."
"Jim is a lawyer who, despite his vast experience, continually works to stay at the bleeding edge of his profession. That dedication can be seen in the results he provides to his client's year in and year out. I never hesitate to refer clients to Jim and could not recommend him strongly enough."
