Tammy Brasuell Gattis

I called Ms. Tammy's law office to schedule a consultation. It has been a month, she never returned my calls. But the reason why I am giving her a bad review is because her staff was RUDE IN THE EXTREME. The first person to represent your business is the person who answers the phone. She interrup...ted me as I tried to explain my situation, she also raised her voice a few times.

I was referred to Ms. Gattis by a friend. I met with her on the first time December 12, 2019. I am a very big on observation of people and first impressions are everything to me. The young lady at the front desk was very sweet, led me to the waiting area and offered me water. She was very sweet and... so I could tell that was just her natural nature. I knew than that I was in the right place. She wasn’t arrogant or rude. She was Everything that one would expect when encountering an individual for the first time in a professional business setting. Ms. Gattis, came in shortly after I arrived and she had a very pleasant demeanor. She is a very professional and sophisticated lady with beautiful eyes. She shook my hand and we dove in as why I came to see her. I have 2 beautiful grandchildren that my daughter refuses to let me see or talk to at all because of a disagreement. Whenever she gets mad at me she won’t allow me to see them. It’s out of spite and it has a lot to do with her maturity level. I love her and I truly love my grandchildren. I will never stop loving my child no matter if she is willing to reciprocate the same love I have for her or not. I just want to see and spend time with my grandchildren like I always have. I’ve always been an active part of all their lives. I would keep them all the time. I would even call and ask to keep them weekly. I just hate that she does not see the impact this is having on the kids; especially the oldest one. Ms. Gattis did give me reassurance that I do have grandparents rights. I’ve got over a 1000 pics of me with the girls, or them at my house. They have everything they need at my house. Their mom only had to bring formula for the baby. I also have a lot of videos of us, my oldest granddaughter and I baking cookies, planting seeds for flowers and doing art & crafts. My oldest grandchild really loves me and never wants to go home. The judge could ask her for him or herself. My 2nd one is just a baby that I have not really had a chance to bond with sense she was born until almost 3 months in July 2019. I have cried so much... down so many tears. I’ve just prayed and cried myself to sleep. God knows I’ve been through a lot in my life, but this has broken my heart in a million pieces. Just imagine someone taking your 2 little heartbeats away. I could get them whenever I wanted them, but if I made my daughter mad, or said something she didn’t like there goes her ripping the babies from my life. I have a lot of faith in Ms. Gattis that she will get an order for me to see my grandchildren. I prayed to God for these little girls and cut the youngest umbilical cord when she was born. There is not one thing my husband and I would not do for our little heartbeats! All I can do now is leave this situation in the hands of the Lord and take my hands off of it. I know in my heart that Ms. Gattis will help me see my little heartbeats again. She has an Awesome track record and I know in my heart I will not be disappointed. I truly believe God ordered my steps to put Ms. Gattis in my path. Thank you Ms. Gattis for being so willing to help me and for having compassion, empathy and willingness to understand how much I REALLY need your help. God bless you!! How do you rate a five-star team that went above and beyond any expectations? I had been completely blindsided by a summons to Arkansas, when I was living and caring for my father in Colorado. I called several law firms, but paralegal Josh Gonzales immediately recognized my panic, and understood the ...gravity of the situation. When he connected me with Tammy Gattis she was reassuring and calming, and despite her case load she agreed to help. She had never met me or my father, and literally had to gather information while we were driving to Arkansas. When we met Tammy and Josh at the hotel, they were classy, genuine, and positive. Josh even volunteered to take care of our puppy during the hearing! In the court room Tammy was brilliant, and her experience and wisdom spoke volumes.
