Tammy Brasuell Gattis

I have been using Tammy Gattis’ service for 10 Years now, and in my opinion, she is the best attorney in the state for custodial and family matters. She is very competent and knows the general outcome of every case she has handled of mine before we go to court. From the very beginning, Mrs Gattis hel...ped me feel comfortable talking to her about everything going on, whether good or bad, and has worked very hard to help me maintain custody of my children in a state that is very well known to be a “mothers first” state. Tammy Gattis has been more than my lawyer, but has been a life changer for my family. This all started out back in 2013, when my ex decided to leave and take my 7 month old son. She filed for divorce. Of course I panicked and just went and found a lawyer. Was told this was a cut and dry and should no...t worry. I ended up paying a lawyer almost 3000.00, so I could write my own papers. Although I did get 50/50 custody with my son, my ex was named primary custodian. Over the next year or so, my ex continued to put my son on the back burner and her priorities were put in her other men. I met with several lawyers before finding Ms. Gattis. I was told the same thing “this isn’t enough to concern the courts”. I was finally referred to Ms. Gattis by a friend, and from the moment that I walked into her office, my son was first. That’s all I wanted, was for the lawyer to take into consideration what was best for my son. She did!!! She asked about everything. Looked over every document I had carefully. Then told me, “Yes I think we have a case”, but it will be a fight. She was always truthful with any questions I had. She was confident in her staff, and her knowledge of the Law. We had to file for an Emergency change of Custody, and she not only helped me get my son. I now have sole custody of my son. If it wasn’t for her Knowledge and compassion I don’t believe I would have my son today. He is in school full time and excelling wonderfully. It is all thanks to Tammy Gattis. She is my go to lawyer. I would and have recommended her to anyone. She is the absolute best in her field.

Tammy was amazing at handling my child custody case. She sat down with me and listen to the history of life with the child and went to work immediately .Tammy explain the possible outcomes and was extremely knowledgeable about the laws involved. We were trying to get guardianship of our 15 year old g...randdaughter from the mother and the biological father intervened. Tammy was able to get an agreement, so we didn't have to go to court. I was very impressed with the way she handled the case. I would recommend her in any situation. She is an awesome lawyer.
