This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority.
This means the attorney did something wrong, but the Bar did not suspend the lawyer. Typically in this case the lawyer's poor behavior is exposed to the public in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.
A caution means that an attorney did something wrong, but may still practice law. The attorney was cautioned in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior. Details of the infraction are made part of the public record.

My attorney Mr grasby, knew how my life had been for years. I have nobody but my children. He drained me of 3800 dollars and told me to give my children over to dcfs. The only thing this man did was offer to drive them to the dhs office. He told me there's nothing I can do. Think twice about this person. Manipulation is a key factor in him. I now sit with no children, no home, and a scar that will never go away.

Over the past 20 years or so, I have recommended Richard to numerous people, and not one of them has ever been disappointed. Richard's an exceptional attorney, and he definitely knows his stuff! His courtroom abilities are amazing. His openness and honesty -- and sense of humor (although sometimes "dry") -- are some of his best personal qualities. Those who know him, love him. Those who have hired him love him even MORE!
