Dave is a retired military veteran who served in the U.S. Army for more than 20 years. After retirement he attended Williams Baptist College where he earned a Bachelors Degree in Education. He attended graduate School at Arkansas State University and earned a Masters Degree in Political Science. After Graduate School, he attended Law School at the William H. Bowen School of Law at the University of Arkansas in Little Rock.

After graduation and admission to the Arkansas Bar, Dave began practicing law as a solo practitioner in the areas of criminal law and family law. Over the years he has gained a vast amount of experience by aggressively representing his clients and fighting for their rights. In the area of family law he has represented clients in divorces, custody issues, child support collection, defense for nonpayment, relocation, contempt actions, enforcement actions, father’s rights and mother’s rights in paternity actions and much more.

Best attorney in Central Arkansas
After the frightening decision to divorce my husband of 13 years, I was delighted to find such a compassionate person to assist me with getting into the next chapter of my life. Although my divorce was a bitter battle throughout, David was always a clear thinker and willing to go to bat for what is right and just in the eyes of the divorce court. My divorce was finalized after 3 months of intense negotiations lead by David. He also took charge of my custody battle that took much more time and care. Not only was he invested in me, he was also invested in my child. As the heated battle continued, David solicited the family court for my child to have an Ad Litem Attorney assigned by the court. This was also successful. I would recommend David to anyone who is seeking legal guidance for family issues to include divorce and custody. He has been a confidante and supporter of me from 2011 to the present. He will do the same for you!

David spent a lot of time and effort to help me get full custody of my daughter from a split custody set up. He has also helped me with business matters and speeding tickets! This guy knows how to handle matters quickly and with care. Would recommend him to handle any case!

Excellent Representation
I took the risk of just stepping into the David Horn’s office from the street and asking for help in my divorce case, and never regretted about this. My case was complicated by the fact that my former wife had a recent JD degree and was quite educated in many nuances of the law. Plus she got a very aggressive attorney. However, Dave was able to negotiate and defend a much better deal for me in court than I or they had in mind. I saved tons of money. He is an outstanding attorney, and I am very thankful to him. Dave is very knowledgeable, and would share his experience with you in clear language you can understand. He is always eager to help and to advice. He is dependable and works hard for your money. Dave is very active, pro-active with you and in the court. He is very energetic, and no job is small for him as it comes in the interest of his client. Divorce/Custody
David Horn is an excellent attorney. He gets right to the point and does NOT treat your case as if he's fishing for money. He is very affordable and works with you on payments. He was my divorce attorney and is now my attorney for our second custody battle. He's very thorough and encourages his clients outside of court and even in the court room. I am very pleased and will continue to use him for any future court cases if needed.

Amazing!
David handled my divorce so well that I went back to him for my custody case! He is really affordable, and he didn't throw my case out when I didn't have all the money up front....he worked with me on a payment plan. He's a life saver!!!
