Biography
Thomas devotes his time and attention to his clients and understands that what is happening in the legal process is the most important thing in their life. Through is extensive representation of a litany of individuals Thomas has gained a wide breadth of experience in handling complex financial matters and in negotiating unique settlements. His skills also include negotiation and litigation in matters involving business and stock option disputes between business owners and their spouses. He additionally represents clients with prenuptial and post-marital planning and post-divorce issues, such as modification of custody and support and relocation matters.
Thomas’s deep family law knowledge and experience is widely recognized and he is often asked by fellow lawyers to consult on a wide variety of issues.
Thomas was born in Tacoma Washington where he graduated from Henry Foss High School. After high school he joined the United States Marine Corps where he served for over six years, attaining the rank of Sergeant, and served during operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm. Upon his honorable discharge Thomas attended and graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a BA in Criminal Justice and from the UALR School of Law. Thomas is a resident of Rison Arkansas with his wife Laura and their two children, Jennings and Reagan. Thomas is a member of the Rison Baptist Church and active in his community and children’s school.
