You can sleep at night with Jason as your attorney.
I've engaged Jason twice. Both times he has come through. The first time was against a $1 billion company not willing to pay money owed me for services rendered. The second time was a property dispute. Jason listens. In both instances, Jason gave quiet, confident counsel on ways to proceed. In the first instance, the company settled before going to court. In the second, Jason took action within a day which put the disagreement to rest. You want Jason on your side.

Litigation with an Insurance Company Collection firm
Jason was great , listened before jumping in with a thought , sounds obvious but many don't listen. This was from an automobile accident and a dispute on an accident settlement . Was calm in his approach in dealing with this situation , represented us but also gave us the counsel we needed on options . We were out of state and needed some one in the area we could trust .

Landlord/Tenant Dispute
I originally contacted Jason Mangrum to find out what our rights were for a month to month lease with a tenant that we wanted to ask to leave. It was an unusual and uncomfortable situation for us and after the initial consultation decided to hire Mr. Mangrum to handle the termination for us. Mr. Mangrum was always available for questions. If I left a message, he immediately returned my email, text or phone call. We were happy with the quick results and thought that his pricing was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Mr. Mangrum based on his professionalism, quick response to resolve this issue and availability to see this issue to its conclusion.

Handled my case like a pro!
I was trying to handle an eviction situation all on my own and it wasn't going so well for me. That's when I realized, I needed the help of an attorney. One that knows the law. That's when I contacted Jason for a consultation and immediately hired him. Jason handled my case like a true professional and far exceeded my expectations! Not only did he get my landlord off my back, but he got my period of time in the home extended and even represented me in court without me needing to be present! I truly felt protected knowing he was just a phone call away and representing me! Jason was always fast to respond to my messages or return my calls and the price was more than reasonable. I couldn't have been happier with the outcome! Will definitely call upon Jason again if needed!!

Jason Mangrum REALLY helped solve a problem for me .... FAST!
I needed a specific legal document drafted on very short notice. I found Jason on AVVO literally "in the middle of the night" and sent him an email. He responded back first thing in the morning and told me what I needed to bring over. Just a little later I returned and we talked about the document he had drawn up for me, and gave me much assurance that this was a good way to proceed. I've had very frustrating experiences with other attorneys and was SO pleased at how professionally Jason responded and helped me to move forward with a pressing legal matter. Highly recommend that if you need a great attorney, to contact him!

Exceeded Expectations
I initially spoke with an attorney from a large firm to potentially represent me in a contract dispute. After this consultation, I was frustrated by the failure of the attorney to demonstrate a genuine interest in the specifics of my case, as well as a failure to formulate and convey a strategy to maximize and protect my interests. In my search for another attorney, I contacted Jason Mangrum and met with him in person. He listened with focused intention to the details of my case, and made it a priority to first gain a clear understanding of the relevant facts. He then communicated potential strategies along with the risks and rewards to be reasonably considered with each path forward. I was satisfied with his recommendation to approach the opposing party with a couple of offers to resolve the issue. However, Jason asked me if I was interested in pursuing a third option. This option represented the most desirable resolution, but I was convinced it was simply not possible, based on exhaustive efforts to achieve this outcome on my own over the past couple of months. I agreed it was worth pursuing, but was highly skeptical the other party would be responsive. To my pleasant surprise, within 24 hours my dispute was resolved. Jason was able to successfully negotiate the “most desirable” resolution. In addition to the specific manner in which my case was resolved, I was also generally impressed by Jason’s integrity pertaining to our discussion of fee. The attorney at the larger firm made it a clear priority to mention a substantial fee very early in the conversation, before making an effort to understand the relevant facts associated with my case. Jason’s approach was far more professional and considerate, and we did not discuss fee options until he had a comprehensive understanding of the facts of my case. Resolution of my case required more than technical legal expertise. I believe Jason’s interpersonal skills and experience in negotiating with parties under acrimonious circumstances was of paramount importance to the successful resolution of my case. I highly recommend Jason and will contact him again in the future if legal representation is necessary.

Dispute over services not rendered
We were at odds over services not provided by another party. We were prepared to go to court and have Mr. Mangrum litigate it. Mr. Mangrum was able to settle this dispute quickly and get all of our money back for us. He has also provided us with great referrals for other types of legal services that he does not provide. We will call him first every time.

Vanishing Attorney
My initial contact with Mr. Mangrum was quite positive. I provided all the information he requested to proceed with my case in early December of 2021. As things progressed, I updated him. I never received any communication as to the status of my case. In other words, Mr. Mangrum ghosted me. I feel his lack of communication was extremely unprofessional.
