A friend of mine referred me to him and I'm really glad I went. I was a little nervous but the staff made me feel very comfortable. They took the time to explain everything to me. I hope I don't ever have to do this again, but if I do, I will definitely use them again.
Filing bankruptcy isn't exactly a pleasant time, but this firm made the experience easy to follow, and have been willing to make changes as they have been required throughout the 2 years since we filed.

Failure of service across the board -
You can see that my google review profile is trusted for our local area, only have one negative review in all my time of living here, and can be contacted for any further communications or questions on this issue.
I engaged this lawyer for service, and this complaint strictly deals with lack of representation. I was told my plan was within the legal code and just to stick to the plan. After going into the hospital, the court upped my payments. This law firm denied my challenge and filed with the court I did not object to raising the payment. Again, I have all the documents to prove this. After my monthly payment went up over 50% - I tried to cancel like I was once told I could at any time.
Ahh - but here is the first gotcha - you cant, not until this firm gets all their fees up front first. I was also not offered any kind of challenge to payment through the courts.
I went to a non profit - which pulled their public filings and reviewed my case. First failure in service - they did not collect my utility bills and medical at time of file because this allows the challenges and options to bill more money. Which is fine, its extremely odd not collect these things before filing, but there is clear motive here not to do that.
Next thing, second failure of service - it was within the legal code to pause payments, lower them temporarily etc with the courts. I was never offered this. Once the non profit review my finances and medical receipts from 09/21 to 11/21 - I was told I absolutely met the definition. So in my opinion only, I feel this fails the definition of the lawyer duties on the BAR's website, sec 2.
Scared if you leave a bad review they will hurt your legal standing further? Contact me, I will get you the names of the non profit and BBB, BAR, etc where you can report them.
So finally after suffering through without some medicines and ending up in a terrible position, which I believe at this point and time is on purpose given their success rate on these plans / public filings, I finally ask for my dismissal. To which Ruth replies, Ill have one at the end of the business day to you.
It arrives, has an old date of December, and Adobe said its invalid and rejected by them. I email her the next day - I need our document. To which she said it was sent. Read the email below - listen how I had to explicitly demand someone look at what they sent. They don't care, Ruth didn't want to be bothered. Stop dodging my questions like they have since November. Look at what you are sending your clients - AND NO OFFERS TO CORRECT THIS FOR OVER $4000 and they spent less than 2 hours in prep AND talking to me and through the entire ordeal. I have the call log to prove it. I have the comms to prove it. This firm is happy with that result
See the photos - they offered NO representation, NO communication, dropped the challenge against my will (ask them to produce any document I signed or email where I said to, they cant),not even collect my documents so the opposition would purposely come up - then look at how many plans fail right after they get their fees, and then even worse, how bad those numbers are 3 and 2 years or less.
This place is a disservice to Arkansans, and my only other negative review in Arkansas is a vet that misdiagnosed - I award them my epic fail award and advise to steer clear of predatory practices that break every single rule in a lawyers duty to you, in section 2 per the BAR association. Please check my review profile if you have any doubts - until Danecki reaches out to me and tells me how this is fixed / changed -this review stands.
