Knows his clients
Mr. Davenport knew who I was, and my case status at every moment of representation. He was a great listener and honest advisor. I appreciate all he did for me. and consider him an attorney for life.

Great attorney that fights to obtain justice!
Mr. Davenport went above and beyond when the insurance adjuster kept giving me the run around. He worked hard to make sure all my medical expenses were paid, my car was fixed. and my family was compensated for the damages we suffered from the car accident. I would highly recommend Mr. Davenport for all your legal needs because he and his staff made the process easier and less stressful.

He’s always prepared, no one else can compare!
Mr. Davenport gives his clients the best of both worlds. He brings to the table the finesse and intelligence of a world class attorney while still giving his clients the attention and care an attorney in a small town can provide. Mr. Davenport takes each case and scours all the evidence to yield the best possible outcome. Mr. Davenport represented me and I am completely satisfied with the result!

LJB.
We have used attorney Tommy Davenport on two occasions. One dealing with a beloved family member. Attorneys are very particular when it comes to using other attorneys and can safely safely say his representation went beyond the normal relm. It was superior. He is a likeable , conscientious hardworking attorney determined to obtain the best results for his clients. His work ethic and organizational skills are of the highest caliber . He places his clients at ease, returns calls timely. He is an asset to the legal profession and highly recommend his servises

Trusted Lawyer
After moving out of my old apartment complex the landlords were trying to charge me 500+ dollars for carpet replacement. After assembling the evidence of my defense and a letter, they dropped the unjust charges and gave me back my deposit. If it weren't for Mr. Davenport I would have had my credit comprised and coerced into paying half a grand out of pocket.

Goes the extra mile for his clients!
You are not just another client for Tommy. He gets to know his clients and goes further than any other attorney would to help them. He took my hopeless case, researched, and worked hard for me. No other attorney could have done what he did.

He fought for me when others wouldn't touch my case
I was accused of murder. No one would help me. My family couldn't find a lawyer who was willing to get involved. They "wouldn't touch" my case. I reached out to tommy and he spoke to me as a person. He fought like the devil. At first I didn't think he had it in him. He fought for me. We walked out the courtroom and he only asked if I was happy. Walked me to my ride and opened the door for me. Just as kind and warm as he could be. I knew I hired the right man.

"No-nonsense, straight to the point and very professional… these are the words I would use to describe. Tommy. I’ve never known another lawyer more prepared or focused. He has the ability to dissect a case much like a skilled surgeon, with absolute calm. Nothing seems to rattle this guy or distract him from his goal on a case, which of course, makes him extremely tough to beat. Coming from a fellow attorney in the community, I highly recommend Tommy Davenport."

"I met Tommy in 2010 after finishing my first year of law school. Tommy immediately showed interest in me, and became a mentor to me as I continued through law school, and the following years as I began my legal career. He has always been one of the most selfless, resourceful, and considerate attorneys I have known in the legal profession. In fact, after I graduated from law school, Tommy took the time out of his busy schedule to help me prepare for the Louisiana bar examination every day, well after office hours. With Tommy's help, I passed the bar exam, and was sworn in as an attorney in 2014. I will never take for granted the generosity Tommy has shown me over the years, and I am proud to call him a colleague and friend."

"One of the most brilliant attorneys in the Nation, much less Louisiana, Thomas Davenport is quietly esconced in central Louisiana, doing justice for people in the toughest of criminal cases. He chooses to help the poorest of the poor when he could easily spend his life defending rich folk charged with crimes. Tommy is my hero. He is very wise, works extremely hard, and he is totally dedicated to fighting for his clients. Tommy achieves phenomenal results for his clients due to his brilliant work and his dogged determination to win for his clients. I recommend Thomas Davenport based on my years of working with him on his cases in the Trial Lawyers College where he is considered a leader and a reliable source for advice and guidance. Hire Thomas Davenport if you want the best advocate for your case. Semper Fi, Patrick J McLain"
