I've Know Tracy for 30 years but never needed him as an attorney until I had a wreck the was not my fault. The defendant's insurance company would not paid. Mr. Houck was able to negotiate and obtain a settlement that would satiety my damages. I think Tract for his hard work and would highly recommend him.

Attorney Houck represented me and my siblings. The team at Houck Law went above and beyond to help us with our loss. I was able to call him in nights and weekends which I know was an inconvenience to him and family but when your dealing with situation where your father was killed by a train I needed to talk. I was being sued by a contractor that did land work and built a double garage for my house. Well there were so many defects that I went to Mr. Houck. Tracy and Ron are truly amazing attorneys.Tracy was in law enforcement for years and know everybody. He would even meet me after-hours at his house. They are also extremely friendly in my experience, and I would not hesitate to go to them with any problem I have. Tracy is a no-nonsense kind of lawyer. He's not going to put up with having his or your time wasted. He doesn’t play games. I hired houck almost 4 years ago and told me to wait on my ex to serve me..so we did last year I got served and I did everything I was requested alcohol test drug text concuncling and put my children in it as well..I was going for full custody and my divorce..went to my hearing my ex nor his attorney showed up. went to our court date again my ex nor attorney showed up..so instead of tracy getting my divorce and custody signed off on he changed from civil attorney to what he is now..so after 4 years and almost $5k I am having to deal with my case and get another attorney..
