Tracy Wayne Houck

I hired houck almost 4 years ago and told me to wait on my ex to serve me..so we did last year I got served and I did everything I was requested alcohol test drug text concuncling and put my children in it as well..I was going for full custody and my divorce..went to my hearing my ex nor his attorney... showed up. went to our court date again my ex nor attorney showed up..so instead of tracy getting my divorce and custody signed off on he changed from civil attorney to what he is now..so after 4 years and almost $5k I am having to deal with my case and get another attorney..

I hired Mr. Houck a year ago. I paid him $5k retainer of which he earned very little of it. It would take pages to describe just how rude, prideful and unknowledgeable he is and what terrible service he provided to me and my teenage daughter when faced with the sudden custody, visitation, and support... modification suit that my documented abusive ex filed against me after being absent for 11 years. If Mr. Houck had shown my case even a little care and attention it should have been a short-lived easy case. Instead it dragged for over a year before reaching the settlement that I had to argue against my own attorney for many times (when he responded at all). He kept telling me to accept everything the other attorney proposed no matter how unreasonable. I stood my ground because I was in the right and I got the settlment and terms that I came up with not anything that Mr. Houck proposed to help us. Please don't add to your stress by hiring this "attorney."

Greatful for Mr. Houck. He help me and my husband get custody of our two grandchildren. Drugs have really destroyed many people. We now have a great environment for our grandchildren and appreciated all the work that Mr. Houck did from retaining orders, requesting drug screening, psychological evalua...tion and finally after a hearing we received custody of our beloved grandchildren. Hopefully a stable life can be serve for our little ones. thanks.

Tracy and Ron are truly amazing attorneys.Tracy was in law enforcement for years and know everybody. He would even meet me after-hours at his house. They are also extremely friendly in my experience, and I would not hesitate to go to them with any problem I have. It is truly great when you can trust... your lawyer, and there are none I would trust more than Tracy. Not only was the staff always ready to answers any question dealing with my divorce and accident, I could talked with them on the weekends especially with issues with my custody issues. I know it was incovienvent, but I never saw additional charges for my bill. Thanks....highly recommended.
