Tracy Wayne Houck

I've Know Tracy for 30 years but never needed him as an attorney until I had a wreck the was not my fault. The defendant's insurance company would not paid. Mr. Houck was able to negotiate and obtain a settlement that would satiety my damages. I think Tract for his hard work and would highly recommen...d him.

I hired Mr. Houck a year ago. I paid him $5k retainer of which he earned very little of it. It would take pages to describe just how rude, prideful and unknowledgeable he is and what terrible service he provided to me and my teenage daughter when faced with the sudden custody, visitation, and support... modification suit that my documented abusive ex filed against me after being absent for 11 years. If Mr. Houck had shown my case even a little care and attention it should have been a short-lived easy case. Instead it dragged for over a year before reaching the settlement that I had to argue against my own attorney for many times (when he responded at all). He kept telling me to accept everything the other attorney proposed no matter how unreasonable. I stood my ground because I was in the right and I got the settlment and terms that I came up with not anything that Mr. Houck proposed to help us. Please don't add to your stress by hiring this "attorney."

Greatful for Mr. Houck. He help me and my husband get custody of our two grandchildren. Drugs have really destroyed many people. We now have a great environment for our grandchildren and appreciated all the work that Mr. Houck did from retaining orders, requesting drug screening, psychological evalua...tion and finally after a hearing we received custody of our beloved grandchildren. Hopefully a stable life can be serve for our little ones. thanks.

I was being sued by a contractor that did land work and built a double garage for my house. Well there were so many defects that I went to Mr. Houck. He immediately filed suit and started I guess discovery and such. Tracy who may be a little blunt was able to successfully to recover all my damages wi...th this fraudulent contract. I would recommend him highly for any type of case you may have. I was treated with respect and informed of the strategy as the case processed/ He was right every time.
