Dedicated and compassionate!
Mrs. Allen was assigned as my public defense lawyer. She worked as hard on my case as any lawyer I could have hired and paid thousands for. She stayed in constant contact with me and kept me updated on my case. She is very professional and super sweet! She got my charge reduced and made sure it was th...
Thanks, Kelcey!

God send
I am so thankful that I hired Marcy Allen as my attorney. From the beginning she has gone above and beyond what I have ask of her. She was willing to take my case and allow me to work to pay her. She has answered every text or call or email and has worked with my D.A to give me the chance to succeed ...
Thank you, Jason, for the very kind words. They were perfectly timed, too. (I'm so proud of you, by the way!)

Restraining Order
I hired her without meeting her. She set a court date when I couldn't be there and explained (my bad). On May 18th she appeared in court without me and negotiated with the pettitioner out side of court room and settled for civil restraining order instead of temporary restraint order against me. I did...
Dear Mr. Bonck, I am truly sorry that you feel as if I did not perform well as your advocate. That said, I cannot say that I am at all surprised that you have left this type of review. I only asked you to discontinue contact after you had repeatedly harassed me by email. I wrote you two letters last Thursday (following the hearing where I negotiated a civil stay away order be put in place rather than a restraining order). One contained personal belongings and an additional copy of the order, and the other contained every penny you paid me, despite the fact that the result obtained was in my professional and experienced opinion a good one and despite the fact that I had spent quite a bit of time working on this matter. I did this because it was more than obvious that you were dissatisfied. (And, I assure you that these letters were mailed as soon as the postman came by our office next.) This is really not the type of forum where I can do anything more to address your complaints. If you are able to communicate with me without being verbally assaultive, I will be happy to speak with you.

DUI defense
Miss Allen was always available for my questions. She never acted as if I was a bother. And I contacted her. A lot. I lived out of state and she made the entire process easy for me to deal with. Very knowledgeable and helpful. She made a tough experience go as best it could. I'd recommend her to anyo...

She gave me the exact outcome of how my case would be handled. If I had to have a attorney represent me again I wou...
