Marcy Lou Allen

Mrs. Allen was assigned as my public defense lawyer. She worked as hard on my case as any lawyer I could have hired and paid thousands for. She stayed in constant contact with me and kept me updated on my case.She is very professional and super sweet! I am so thankful that I hired Marcy Allen as my attorney. From the beginning she has gone above and beyond what I have ask of her. She was willing to take my case and allow me to work to pay her. She has answered every text or call or email and has worked with my D.A to give me the chance to succeed ...and I truly owe my life to her. I hired her without meeting her. She set a court date when I couldn't be there and explained (my bad). On May 18th she appeared in court without me and negotiated with the pettitioner out side of court room and settled for civil restraining order instead of temporary restraint order against me. I did... not have a chance to defend my self and present all of my evidence against petitioner. Then Marcy Lou Allen said for me not to contact her any more and would return my $750.00 dollars. I haven't received it may24th 2017 yet. This was the worst representation I have ever had with an attorney. Not only give them a bad court date but to negotiate with the petitioner without me is unacceptable! As I said I was able to defend myself with evidence against petitioner on may 25th in court. I live 335 miles away and my brother has brain cancer and I explained this to Marcy after she gave wrong date.

Miss Allen was always available for my questions. She never acted as if I was a bother. And I contacted her. A lot. I lived out of state and she made the entire process easy for me to deal with. Very knowledgeable and helpful. She made a tough experience go as best it could. I'd recommend her to anyo...ne who needed legal help.
