A Hero in a Bow tie!!
The day that I met my attorney was a day I will never forget. My parents hired him to help me with two charges while I was on felony probation. At this point in my life I was lost, broken, addicted to drugs, and I had absolutely no one. The only person I had was him!! I was on a probation hold and unfortunately I was not able at the time to leave the jail. Beau Brock came to the back of the courthouse where they were holding inmates for court. We spoke for a second and he said this to me, "if you just listen to me, do everything that I say, and I gurante you that you will get through this and have a normal life." At the time I didn't know what to do or think. Here is this man, a stranger, telling me a drug addict that I could have a normal life. I was so aggravated at first because a normal life to me sounded like something that i was not able to poses. The time moved forward and I developed a personal understanding for everything that I needed to do. The time came for me to be released from jail, however, court appearances were still a must for the next couple of years. I continued to stay on the right track. I was no longer a addict. The agreements Beau Brock made to the judge for me helped me do exactly what he said he would do. He helped me recover. He helped me restore my faith in a society that I now was able to be a part of, Every court date things got better. It was because of the support from this complete stranger who now was a dear friend. Beau Brock changed my life. He gave me hope. He made me realize that mistakes can be fixed correctly by obeying the law. Our journey together is getting very close to the end. I am a reformed and recovered addict. I am a law abiding citizen that has a family, love, and support. The broken lost soul that I was can hold my head high now. I could have never done any of these things if it wasn't for Beau Brock and his team. If you want honesty, loyal, and a dedicated lawyer, you will be making a big mistake by not choosing him. I thank God for my new friend and attorney everyday. I am blessed beyond measure because Beau Brock believed in me when I didn't believe in my self. He fulfilled his promise and still to this day I have a great life!!

The best lawyer “Beau Brock” at Brock & Palmintier Law LLC .
My story. I have a son who is a young adult with Autism Spectrum Disorder. My worst nightmare occurred on a Thursday evening. You see he does not drive, although he is high functioning. He does not know phone numbers either. He relies on his phone to contact me. He attends college. I drop him off before class and pick him up after I get off of work in the evening. One Thursday evening when I went to pick up my son from college, he was not at the pickup place. I tried calling his cellphone. It went straight to voice mail. So I waited and waited. After 3 hrs I finally called the campus police. They informed me he had been arrested for the charge of Obscenity and was in the local prison. I had no way to get in touch with him nor he me. They took his phone without allowing him to make a phone call. I called the jail. My worst night mare. I was told he would have to call me. They also told me he would be out on bail on Friday. That never happened. He could not get a message to me nor would they let me get a message to him. Friday came. I kept calling to see what the bail would be. To my utter shock before he could post bail, the judge required a mental health exam by a forensic psychologist appointed by the court. The court system don’t work quickly. It was a Friday evening and he had to wait for the judge to appoint a Psychologist which was closed. then the psychologist would have to see I him in the jail after she received the court order. It could be weeks or months. And no telling when the metal heath evaluation would take place. I called the best lawyer in the Baton Rouge area “Beau Brock” at Brock & Palmintier Law LLC . He was able to get my son out of the jail Saturday on bail with the stipulation of mental health evaluation by the court appointed forensic psychologist be done within in a 30 days. I kept calling the psychologist for an appointment. The court after 4 weeks had still not sent the psychologist the court order. Fast forward. With Beau’s early intervention and expert lawyer skills was able to get the District Attorney’s office to not prosecute the charge. The charge was eventually expunged. Beau Brock and Lori Palmintier both met with my son and I. I had no idea what to expect. We met within a few days after getting of jail. They were compassionate and professional, and explained the process and what information they needed from him. They assured us that they have dealt with situation many times. We officially hired Brock & Palmintier Law LLC. Beau took swift action with swift results. Within 3 months the result was no formal charges will be filed against my son. They went on to get to charge expunged. I highly recommend Beau Brock. He is down to earth made. He made us feel like family. He answered all of our questions ad concerns. He spent time to get to know us. I would not hesitate to hire Beau Brock.

Outstanding Representation
Beau, along with the firm's team of Lori Palmintier and Emily Lindig, did a fantastic job of representing me and the best interests of my three children. Beau and Team are the second firm I have used to represent me and I will definitely stay with them for future needs. Very knowledgeable of the law, but also worked with me to create several solutions to the issues that faced me and my children. Worked very quickly to get the matter under control and then swiftly and effectively to get the resolution needed for my family. Willing to settle matters in mediation if needed and not cautious about putting matters before the judge. Presented an accurate representation of what I was up against and therefore I felt prepared in court. Very happy with the outcome and will continue to have him and the firm represent my interests.

Port in a Storm
At met Beau (and his wonderful Paralegal, Eileen) under the most heartbreaking circumstances that any mother could endure. My son was incarcerated, and had been diagnosed with a terminal heart condition. They gave up their Sunday afternoon to come to the hospital after a pleading phone call from someone they had never met. I was lost, heartbroken, terrified, and angry. This kind and gentle soul worked nonstop to help guide us through all that had to be done, hoping for a compassionate release so that my son could spend his last days at home. They were tireless. Emailing, texts, trips to the prison, always (and I mean always) available to myself and my son, and taking care of all the paperwork that had to be done. When my son passed, Beau took on things that had to be done...........because I just couldn't. Although I ultimately lost my son, I could not have found a more hard working, caring, empathetic, honest attorney for 10 times the cost. I have friends for life with Beau and Eileen. What amazing people. How blessed I am that we found one another.

You want the Mongooz in the courtroom fighting for you
I was introduced to Beau through a friend of mine that had used him to represent him in a ase in Baton Rouge. When my need came for an attorney to represent me, my friend told me to go talk to Beau. Little did i know that i was about to hire the man with the plan, the one that had all the answers and was well connected in multiple judicial systems around this area. Of course, little did i know that i was going to need his keen sense of expertice in the court room and frankly, i dont think he knew how much i was going to need him to save me from the rash of unfourtunate events that i was going to be the victim of in the next few years. Beau is a joy to watch work in the court room. I dont think that there isnt anyone that the man doesnt know in the judicial system. In the three years that i have had the pleasure of working with Beau, i have never seen one person that wasnt smiling and treating him with the upmost respect in the court room. Beau knows all the right people to talk to and make positive things happen and get u positive results. We have had numerous conversations about my cases and never once did he leave me with a negative outlook. Beau kept me headed in the right direction even though he thought there for a minute that he was jinksing me by talking to me. Simply because there for a short time it was one thing after another with me. Just a case of the wrong place at the wrong time, but he never let me down. As difficult as i must have seemed to represent, he never swayed and was always the Mongooz in the court room and he took care of business, every single time. I never doubted him for a second. Even when i was begining to doubt myself. I can not say enough about the man. I liked his way of taking care of business so much, that i hired him to represent my son and he came through with flying colors on his case too. Im telling you, if you want the best attorney in Baton Rouge and surrounding areas, Beau The Mongooz Brock, is hands down your first and only stop u need to handle whatever life throws at you. He is a super nice guy and he has my upmost respect as an attorney hands down the best in the business. I consider him to be the best attorney in the business hands down without a doubt and i consider him to be a good friend as well as the best attorney for anything u need. All u need is the Mongooz in the courtroom and your worries will all disappear. If you want the job done and done right the first time, Beau Brock, is the man for the job. Absolutely the best Attorney in the State. I cant say enough good things about him. Ill just say this, you want the best look no further than Beau Brock, period.

Now I can sleep
My Sons character came in to question when he receive a phone call from a Sheriff’s Detective asking him to stop by the next day to answer a few questions. After a sleepless night, the next morning I began searching for legal advice and that’s how we found Beau and Lori. Their legal team found time to see us before the interview with the Detective. Completely naïve to our legal rights I was totally dependent on the advice of Beau and his legal team. Beau and his team listened and understood that the allegations that were made against my son could affect his whole life and be totally detrimental to our family. Beau and his team immediately sprang into action making phone calls and providing a plan for my Son. I have to be honest, there was a lot of sleepless night’s worrying about the outcome and if we would receive a knock on the door. Beau personally kept in contact with the Detective so that my Son wouldn’t have too. Three weeks after the first meeting the charges were dropped. Finding Beau and Lori was a God thing. Without legal advice from Block&Palmintier, I fear that the outcome would have been different.

Beau changed my opinion of “lawyers”. The minute I met him and his staff I was put at ease. He took my case and was there for me throughout the whole process. He talked to me and made me less anxious and I knew I wanted no other attorney to handle my case. I would definitely recommend Beau to anyone needing a lawyer. He handled my domestic situation professionally yet made me feel like I was talking to an old friend. I could go on and on, but the main message Beau and his staff made me feel like family.

Highly Recommend, Forever Grateful....
Two separate & trusted friends suggested that we reach out to Beau after the incident that threw our family into a tailspin. We were so grateful for that advice. Beau is incredibly knowledgeable of the law, highly respected by all that heard his name, insightful, and a master at managing expectations and helping us navigate the huge emotions of it all. Beau saw beyond the situation that we were dealing with to the young man that we know and love. His wisdom, forthrightness & compassionate manner in which he cared for our family throughout this deep valley was more than we could have hoped for. We, too, would recommend Beau Brock and his incredible team any time we are given the opportunity.

Beau is an AWESOME PERSON, he is very easy to talk to. The way I dressed when I went to his office, I think other attorneys would have kicked me out, but he did not. He is not the type of attorney who will pressure you but will let you make up your own mind about if you want him to represent you or not. I did hire him and his firm to represent me. I researched what a good attorney is like and one on the main things is if I had a question how long does it take your attorney get back to you AND BEAU IS AWESOME AT THIS like within an hour everytime. I consider him not only my attorney but a friend.

No One Can Beat Beau
I have been dealing with Beau for years with handling cases for my boyfriend. And when I say Beau gets the job done everytime. No one can top the work this man does. I can say having Beau as a lawyer makes me feel extremely confident about my case. He’s nice, straight forward and he’s going to make sure he does everything he can to help his clients. The loyalty he has is past amazing. I wouldn’t want to spend my money with anyone else and I know no matter how much it cost that he’s going to sue sure that everything is in the best interest of his client. I love Beau and I appreciate everything that they have done for me and my family. The best of the best. There is no one better. I promise you that.

Retail theft charges were handled beautifully
I hired Brock to get my charges dismissed, and he was able to get a more than satisfactory result from the DA's office based off of the mitigation documents that we sent for review. He was very informative about the process and is also willing to work with me to get it expunged.

The team at Brock and Palmintier are the absolutely best you can get! I hired them for a personal injury case after I was in a car accident and they made sure I got back on my feet. Wisdom
A huge thank you to Mr. Beau. We were in a family crisis. It was probably the worst time that we could imagine. At that moment my son’s future hung in the balance. We hired Beau to help guide us through the juvenile justice system. He met with us within hours of the first call, explained the situation and the legal process, patiently answered every question and gave us a roadmap to find a way home. It wasn’t easy, but we followed his wise counsel, took the steps we needed to take, and, with his help, we overcame every obstacle along the way. We could not have done it without Mr. Beau.

"When you or a loved one are in trouble and need an attorney that will listen to you, understand your problems, and help navigate you through the rough times, Beau is an excellent choice. He is not only a highly accomplished trial attorney, he is one of the few attorneys that truly cares about helping their clients. I have seen Beau work with so many families of those addicted to and arrested for drugs. He works tirelessly to resolve the criminal issues but also works with the families to help the client address the underlying addiction to hopefully avoid future problems.
