Client who lived his whole life nobly and without any brushes with the law, was arrested for criminal trespass. Client had been fighting to prevent a local business from polluting his neighborhood in ... clear violation of the environmental quality act. He had tried to work with LDEQ and get them to enforce the rules. Through these efforts, he did manage to get the business to enact cleaner procedures, BUT the business called the local police and told them he had trespassed on their land in his surveillance. After client was cited by the police, he reached out to me.
